Simple Grounding Exercise

This year has brought on a lot of emotions for so many of us. Whether we’ve experienced pain and loss, joy and family bonding or anything in between – one way or another we have all felt the 2020 impact.

You don’t have to be an Energy Healing practitioner to ground your energy. Grounding your energy daily can bring you more ease, reduce anxiety and foster clarity. The easiest and fastest way to do this is to get outside into nature’s energy. Have you ever noticed that after going for a walk or even sitting in a park surrounded by trees that you feel a little more calm? If yes, then you have experience the amazing, grounding energy of nature.

Next time you are outside, try this – take a moment to plant your feet firmly on the ground (not a sidewalk or pavement but go to the grassy areas even if they are covered with snow that’s ok), place your arms by your side (uncrossed), then take 5 (or more) deep breaths, really feeling your feet connected to the earth’s grounding energy. It can be as simple as that. The more often you do this, the more you will experience its amazing benefits.
